DIRTY LB RECORDS

ARTIST DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

This Artist Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this ___ day of _______, 20

Between:

Dirty LB Records

(“Distributor”)

and

________________________________________

(“Artist”)

1. PURPOSE

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Dirty LB Records will distribute the Artist’s music to digital streaming platforms including, but not limited to, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and others.

2. SERVICES

Dirty LB Records agrees to provide the following services:

Digital distribution of submitted music

Basic release setup (title, artist name, metadata)

Optional creative support (if purchased)

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The Artist agrees to the following payment structure:

Family Plan: $5 per track

Non-Family Plan: $10 per track

Writing + Distribution: $100 per track

All payments must be made in full prior to distribution.

4. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Artist retains 100% ownership of their music.

The Artist hereby confirms and guarantees that:

They own or control all rights to the submitted material

All beats, vocals, and samples are properly licensed or original

The work does not infringe on any third-party rights

5. DISTRIBUTION AUTHORIZATION

The Artist grants Dirty LB Records a non-exclusive license to:

Distribute the music across digital platforms

Upload, manage, and maintain the release

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

The Artist agrees that:

Dirty LB Records is not liable for any copyright infringement claims

The Artist assumes full legal responsibility for all submitted content

The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dirty LB Records from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the content.

7. CONTENT REMOVAL

Dirty LB Records reserves the right to:

Remove or disable any content that violates platform rules

Comply with takedown requests or legal notices

8. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until:

The Artist requests removal of the content, or

The content is removed due to violation or dispute

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
